Cheque bounce ke case me sabse pehle aapko cheque wapas hone ki bank slip aur cheque ka photocopy sambhal kar rakhna hoga. Aapke dost ko cheque issuer ke khilaf 15 din ke andar ek legal notice bhejna hoga, jisme poore paise ka payment karne ki maang ho. Agar 15 din ke andar payment nahi hota, to aapke dost Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act ke tehat complaint file kar sakte hain. Case file karne ke liye original cheque, bank slip, legal notice ka copy aur uska delivery proof zaroori hoga.
