Dear sir
I have given a Blank signed cheque as a Security for loan for one of My friend . Now the Person who was Holding my blank checque has presented the cheque to Black mail me for the Purpose of Threatening and Forgery for a Huge amount . How to Handle this situation
you will need to ensure that once the demand notice served to you give a fitting reply, denying the issuance of any such cheque. you can also file an FIR in local police station giving a complaint that your cheque has been misused.
