Cheque bounce for 90000, can i book a case against the home owner

Owner of the house which i rented gave the cheque for 90k, which got boubced. Later she transfered 68k online rrmaining 22k plus cheque bounce penalty is oending to receive from her and she said she wil send it only if i give her ger back the bounced cheque and i need the money urgently. So if i proceed legally, wil she be held guilty under court of law and be punished with imprisonment and give back my money with extra penalty
