Cheque bounce cases, advocate filed for only one out of three

14-Oct-2023 (In Cheque Bounce Law)
I requested an advocate to file cases against cheque bounce (4 cheques). He filed only one, and did not file the remaining three. He did not attend the bench session against the filed case, and also did not inform me on the date. Judge dismissed the case due to that. He is holding the remaining three cheques. What is the option. He is not giving.

Dear,

First of all, try to restore the dismissed case with the help of your advocate. If your advocate is not helping you, take no objection from him and engage another advocate and restore the case. Then send a notice to your present advocate demanding the 3 cheques. If the advocate doesn't give the cheques, lodge a complaint with the bar association where he is practicing. You may also file a complaint in state bar council against the advocate.

Hi,
Did you file appeal against the cheque bounce case. Secondly have you taken any endorsement that he is holding your original cheques with him, if you don't have then you can talk with the advocate and clear the indifference and now file suit for recovery of money by paying court fee in civil court. You can re-open petition with the valid ground and be present before court on the filing date.
We can reopen the case by filling a petition and have to convince the court the proper ground and along with the supported citation.
