Dear client based on your query, it is suggested that you must file a cheque bounce case within 30 days of the 15 days given in the cheque bounce notice. For further knowledge of your matter feel free to contact us.

Today i.e. 04/03/2025 is the last day to file the complaint before the magistrate court. You have to calculate 45 days from the date of the receipt of the notice to the accused. 15 days for their reply/repayment. If they don't reply or repay the amount then you may file the complaint before a magistrate within 30 days.
