Cheque bounce case to Lok Adalat

One of my relative has been convicted and sentenced for a cheque bounce case. An appeal that was made later has dismissed. She is an old woman who has studied only till tenth and doesn't have any source of income other than her husbands pension. Can she take the case to Lok Adalat and settle the case by paying EMI?
Dear Sir,
The Lok Adalath will consider plea of EMI as accused is very old and having no source of income...Better get refer the case to the Lol Adalath and to produce old woman before the Lok Adalath Committee Members...
