Cheque Bounce Case Registered Got Summons

Sir, on my friend cheque bounce case was booked three month ago but until now he was not taken bail from court and not attended any hearing what should we have to do to take bail with out going under police custody or jail
You need recall nbw and take bail immediately. Bail will be granted easily as its a summons case. Your friend needs to contest the case and i need to see the complaint before advising on the case.
