Cheque Bounce case overturned and accused aquitted

Hi, My father had filed a cheque bounce case. This is related to a financial transaction happened between my Father and my Uncle and aunt. My father had lend cash loan without any documentations. But they failed to return the money. Later they had handed Cheques, which were bounced. So we had filed a cheque bounce case with all cheque details. But the court has acquitted the accused based on their false narrative and without any documentation proof and has conveyed to us that cheque was force fully received by us. So there is no case again accused. There was a cash transaction happened. We have written statement from accused from the police station and the cheques which they had issued. Our advocate had been informing us that the verdict will be on our side only.And gave too much time to accused counsel and now they are telling we filed the case correctly but they don't know why it went against. Can anyone please advise what could be the best way forward.
