Cheque bounce case not find culprit till 1.5 yrs

Case is going against cheque bounce in fist hearing documents check and 2 hearing date post pond also we send summons to those but those not find at office or not at home due to thst culprit has not find yet by police station... even police not finding him... what I will do further and wht process will used here ... need your advice
In such circumstances first of get the report from Police that accuse is not there at his office address and also at residential address and then furnish application in court to declare him absconded and with the help of court authority affix the same at his office and residence.

if you are unable to locate the accused you will have to obtain proclamation order from the magistrates court.
once the proclamation is done, and if you cannot locate the accused till then then you can get an order for sending summons through emails and/or WhatsApp..
