Is it valid to file cheque bounce case in erramanzil court even if the cheque is dishonoured in Secunderabad bank branch?

ideally it should be filed in Secunderabad xi or X MM courts. not sure why Erramanzil courts will have jurisdiction over Secunderabad. please check ecourts website, Hyderabad for more information on jurisdiction
