Cheque bounce case is running on me from 2021.
22-Dec-2024 (In Cheque Bounce Law)
My cheque got bounce due to insufficient funds as I faced huge losses in business, case is files against me and I was not aware as not staying in the previous address. Got to know that warrant has been issued. What should I do now.
U immediately file application for cancellation of the warrant if a non bailable warrant has been issued .There r grounds for cancellation of such warrants if there are valid reasons shown to the court. The application will be filled in the very same court which issued the warrant. Contqct for help.

You are left with two options either you file an application for bail or file for warrant cancellation before the same court and change of address might help a little but not much. Other factors have to be considered as well.
