Cheque bounce case in West Bengal
21-Oct-2023 (In Cheque Bounce Law)
A person issued me a cheque of 1 lakh but it got bounced due to insufficient funds now he is threatening me that he will put fake cases against me if file cheque bounce case against him i.e: NIA 138. He is a property dealer, I'm just a common man.
What should i do? Please help
