Cheque bounce case in partnership firm can I be solely liable

Dear sir / madam I am in a partnership firm can i solely be responsible for cheque bounce case .. because my partner has paid his liabilities and take NOC from NBFC

If you have received the NOC why do you anticipate that a matter would be filed against you? I don't think after giving the NOC, the NBFC would not lodge a case against you or your firm orelse they would have not settled.
