Hi, my father is a govt employee and has a cheque bounce case on him that is running in district court,my father due to his duty couldn't attend the court adjournments regularly, also cheque has forged signatures of my father and also there isn't any bank memo, can we approach the high court for the cheque bounce case as the signatures are forged as the complainant has falsely accusing my father for it. Or any one from our family can file counter case on the complainant for falsely accusing and forgering my father's signature and degrading his reputation .
