Hi Have Given Hand 4 Lacs Hand Loan To My Friend Against Blank Cheques and promissory note without stamp .can I go legally and is it necessary to show source of income during the case iam not paying any income tax .

since the amount is 4lakhs only, you need not be an income tax payer to grant hand loan to friends.
you should issue legal notice and file a money recovery suit to claim both interest and principal
