Cheque Bounce Case Having Blank Cheques No Other Receipts Regarding

I have given 4 Lacs hand loan to my friend against blank cheques there is no receipt I have only blank cheques .is it necessary to show the source of income for the court .can I go legally
dear client you have to file a case in court stating that you have given 4 lakh rupees to your friend and he has not repaid you first you have to send a man notice and then you have to file a case against him you don't need to show that in your books that you have taken 4 lakh rupees

since the money is Rs4lakhs, there is no need to show source of income.
but however you should be able to demonstrate in court that the cheque was issued in lieu of debt of Rs4lakhs.
please issue a legal notice asking your friend to return the money with interest. if you did not receive the money with in 15 days from date of notice, you should deposit the cheque in your bank and file a case under 138 negotiable instruments act
