Cheque bounce case from Jaipur court but I am from kolkata

I received a notice from Jaipur court for u/s 25 hefalf of bank but in the e courts app it shows 138 .it is not summon I am from Kolkata ..what to do ??

First of all, please send me a photo copy of the summons received from Jaipur Court on my mobile number. What is your case number and hearing date We have to first search the court file by case number and date, only after that any legal advice can be given to you.

first you need to take bail from the court otherwise court will issue arrest warrant and come to Jaipur alongwith all the documents and power of attorney. rest will tell you after seeing the complaint and documents
