Cheque bounce case filed against me by unauthorised money lender

me self accused for cheque bounce case .my case is on stage of defence evidence. the complenet has no bank entry income tax return proofe money lending licence as thereare also 27 0ther people who are his victim. i took 20000/ on weekly repayment basis and repaid 10installments but now he has made a case of 210000/ against me as using my sequrity cheque/ he is black mailing all of us what i can do locaql police is also in his favour sir pls help thks mandeep kumar
sir u did not clarify about evidence.what evidence was led by complainant.what was evidence in other accused cases.fate of other casses.is there any written agreement between you and complainant.all is required
