Cheque bounce case against me.
23-Oct-2023 (In Cheque Bounce Law)
I have taken two wheeler loan in 2014,I have not repaid the loan.today police has come with arrest warrant and told me to be present in on 27th of this month.so what I do..will I get arrest or jc.
You have to be present before the concorned court and file an application for bail. And once the court grants you bail, you have give surety or if you do not have surety, request for cash bail and deposit the cash bail amount in court.

you need to appear before the respective court and apply for bail immediately failing which you could go to jail and the amount could be recovered from you while in custody. you coukd consult a lawyer and request him/her to appear before the court before the prescribed date and file an application for cancellation of the warrant as well
