Cheque bounce case against an employee whose address is not known.

I lent RSVP 2 Lakhs to one state government employee on 31.03.2015 against a DP note and an undated cheque. She defaulted repayment and changed her address. I issued a legal notice but returned as the addressee is not available. She has been answering for her duties and her employer is not cooperating to furnish her present address. I want to initiate a cheque bounce case. How to proceed?

you can file the suit in court and take court permission for substituted service of summons which can be either through news paper or affixing notice at her last known address etc. pls advise your lawyer to take steps for substituted service
