Cheque Bounce case 2 years old and i not present in court every time
24-Apr-2023 (In Cheque Bounce Law)
case is 2 years old and when i chek status online the massage showing always "Awaiting Summons" but now massage came "Steps_Unready" and
business: Complainant and adv are absent no steps taken today.
please explain what is mean that above massage
Sir it means your previous advocate is not appearing in the matter and he has not taken any steps to take the matter forward so you have to inform the advocate to appear on the next date in the matter in court otherwise it may so happen that if you do not take adequate steps within time he court may dismiss your case

Taking Steps means you have to take certain steps on your own, so that, matter should proceed further. At this Stage, When Summons has not been served, Court wants you to take Steps to serve the Summons by RPAD to list the matter on board. So, first take the permission from court, on which Date, Matter should be kept and accordingly convince the Court, that, you will send summons in advance to the opposite party before the Date on which your Case is kept on board for Hearing.

Ask your advocate to take steps in the matter.
As you stated if online case status is 'Awaiting Summons' ,it means report of the summons is not yet come.. whether it's served to opponent or not.
your advocate have to apply for fresh summons or if you have new current addresses of the Accused person u have to provide it to ur advocate so that he can get order from court to issue summons on new addresses.
