There is a broker who manages our house in Nalasopara east..he has given us his room on Heavy deposit of 2lakhs and has given cheque for the same ...he is not paying rent since last 3 months and is not answering our calls and msg ..i deposited teh cheque but that returned how should I proceed ahead legally ..as it seems he has filled many of people like this
Well, you can send him a legal notice first to vacate your Property. Still, if he does not vacate, then, you can file a Civil Suit of Eviction against him as well as a Criminal Suit. You can also file a Cheque Bouncing Suit for the Bounced Cheque.
