cheque bounce and fraud / cheating case

I Supplied Construction materials such as m.sand,jelly,p.sand and he gave a cheque that is not his by others cheque and it was bounced know what is the procedure to ge amount

You need to send legal notice as per section 138 of NI Act and give the accused opportunity of 15 days to return money. if still he doesn't respond then you must file a cheque bounce case. You can contact me for further legal assistance.

Sir, you have option to file money recovery suit against him, and also you have option to lodge complaint for cheating and fraud. if the police is not entertained the complaint, then you better to approach to the Hon'ble magistrate to file private complaint against him for cheating and fraud. Don't worry you can recover the amount through the court by my salutations. If you file check bounce against him and drwyer of the check, the case will not stand at all. first of all you can issue the notice client if he has not paid amount within 30 days then you can file a cheque Bounce case chal Court issue and file a case against both the parties not get the amount whatever you need information please contact me I will give you the clear advice on this case
