Cheque bounce after compromise

I am struggling with cheque bounce case. After three years comprised by the judge and asked to pay my amount by fifteen days. Even after 4 months of compromise money is not paid . What is the further action to get the money.
Hi...whether your case is settled in loka adalath or you filed joint memo before the court. If you both filed joint memo and if opposite party is not paying the amount you can execute the warrant by that you can bring him before the court and you can get your amount back.
