Check bounced case filed through another personI don’t even know that.
29-Apr-2023 (In Cheque Bounce Law)
I had given check to one person but that person had placed checked through another person that check was bounced And he had filed A case on me through that person. Is there any problem to me. I don’t even know that person who had filed a case on me
hello client you have to send a reply notice stating that what ever had happened we have to mention each and everything after that it face then you have to contest the case stating that he is make me a wall false allegations and he has not filed it is he has given the cheque to someone other person and he has filed a case

if the cheque is not an account payee cheque, then in all probability, your cheque has been assigned / negotiated with other person. so, you need to contest the case stating that your cheque was non negotiable and thereby win your case
