We have received a summon to attend on check bounce case and want to close the matter by compromise if not what is the best options we can do
Check taken and written by the persins wrongfully
First you need to appear before court and deny the charge and apply for bail which will be granted. So that you might not be arrested then at next date you make reference to solve dispute by compromise/ mediation etc.

The presumption will be in favour of complainant and he will fight for the same and if you are negligent then the case will be ended in conviction. Take the second opinion and see that appropriate defense is taken during trial. There is no summary procedure to close the matter except when the complainant agrees to withdraw the same.
