Check bounce case filed under 138 of NI of c sect after cleared amount

Sir we took loan amount of 3lakh from known person who is not legal financial to give money for interest. We cleared amount of 3lakh but we don't have proof of payment. So internationally they filed case on us to take money again. Case is under section 138 of NI of c section. What solution we are having.
you can file vakalth and contest the case if paid amount which mode of payment you made you can present in court then court will decide the matter better you can file you opinion in court by way of your advocate
