My wife is a kerala bank employee she inovled a check case.. He lost her job.. And 2 weeks anothervcheck bounce cases are active any problems against her job
after cheque dishonour, the payee will proceed legally against you, by initiating legal action starting by sending a legal notice, if there are any liabilities you can negotiate in the notice period, otherwise, you can reply denying liabilities, you have not explained about the transactions, kindly consult an advocate with relevant documents and explore the options available to you.
