Dear Sir
Normally the presence of complainant is necessary on all hearing dates unless exempted by court on application. The accused also exemption except on the day of record of plea. Within 60 days thereafter the accused need to deposit 20 percent of cheque amount. Every thing is nanageable as it summons case with punishment less than 3 years.
