Should I file a caveat at the High Court? How to get my money back? I am 81 years old and suffer from BPPV and Minnier's disease. I loaned the money on 7/11/2017 and the cheque bounced in 2018. Dear Sir,
The Accused is liable to pay the amount of Rs Eighty thousand. You have to move application before Trial Court and get issue FLW and if amount is not recovered he will be sent to jail. Better approach any Advocate and ask him to move necessary application for recovery of Fine amount.
