When NBW IS recalled or cancelled, still need to take bail?
Dear Sir.
You have to appear before court and get recall NBW and bail at a time. it is a petty case. If you have no surety then court will accept cash security. Then you will be questioned. you must deny that you received cheque amount then your Advocate cross examine the complainant.
