the builder had issued me post dated cheque. to my knowledge when i deposited i came to know that the cheque has bounced and came to knkow that the account has been frozen. can i file a case of 138 NI if the account is Frozen
yes..
you can file cheque bounce complaint against the builder.
but first ensure that the cheque has not expired and also please ensure that the cheque dishonour notice is sent in time to the builder...
