Blank cheque given to the company while signing the bond
31-May-2023 (In Cheque Bounce Law)
I was working in an IT company, where I signed a bond for 18 months period. And they collected a blank cheque from me as a security amount.
Then I resigned within 3 months of joining.
After that, they deposited a cheque and the cheque bounced.
QUE: Is this an offence? and what are the possibilities for legal actions against me?
Note: Bond was not executed on a stamp paper but it was on companies latter head with all the conditions(is this bond valid?).
i red your history but as per bond you had given cheques for security purposes but I haven't bond copy which have mentioned all conditions of the company rules but when you left that job given registration it's was some issues was raised so no you can send me bond as well regione latter for my advice konwolevge
