Black mail and cheque bounce to mother,.......

This is sairam from Bangalore my mother gave 3 blank cheque to a person to Barrow 1 lakhs amount later he didn't gave money. this happened at time of demonitisation and he told will give cheque later. My mom forgets about this she stopped asking. And same person asked 2 lakhs for hospital in 2018 so my mother gave him a 2 lakhs and he promised will return in 2 months she waited for 1 year he didn't returned then we went his home for asking he is such a fraud we don't know that finally he told we have to give him 3 lakhs and he told didn't take any amount from my mother. we shocked and he is showing that 3 blank cheques. After there some quarall has happened we came back to home. We filed lost cheque complaid to police. After a week bouncunknown name and after one month we received one more notice of cheque bounce from fraud person. One case is running another is not filed by them. Still they one more cheque. On that they telling us to settle 3 laks or will file another cheque bounce.
