Bank pre emi Cheque Bounce Due To Builder Not Paying Subvention Emi

Hello, I had booked a flat in 2015 under subvention. Now builder stopped pre emi in 2021. Bank is chasing me and sending legal notices due to non payment of pre emi. I have already filed case in rera. How can i stop bank further? Should I approach district forum? Or Rera is enough.
Press for an interim order before (stay) for this very reason that bank might take coercive actions against during the pendency of this RERA application and the object of filing your application will stand frustrated. The court will then grant you protection against the builder as well as the bank.

Is your case still pending before RERA? What are the terms and conditions of the Contract/Agreement signed between the parties. The case filed by you should have a moulded relief for this.
