bank has filed a check dishonor case but summons not receive

A case has been filed by the bank because of check bounce and case information has been uploaded on Ecourts but I did not receive any summons. Do I still need to appear on hearing date?

I have received your query regarding your case. in which court show your case tell me. you did not receive the summons copy so you didn't appear in the court whenever u will receive the summons copy after that you will appear in the court. whenever you free call me back

Yes sir, in case you don't appear, warrants may be issued against you and you may have to face jail time. You need to produce sound surety before the court in order to take mandatory bail. You may consult me in that regard though.

Yes...you should appear on the date fixed by the court physically or you can always join through VC. You can also appoint your counsel who can appear on your behalf before the court. If you fail to appear then warrants can also be issued against you. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

No, you need not to appear before the court unless or until you get summons through the process of court. In some cases where banks go on to file such cases they would let the accused know about the filing of the case in order to expedite their process. However, legally when a case is filed by a party, the other party need not appear before the court unless summons through the process of court are received

No you should wait for the summon from the court. once the summon is received you must appear in the court otherwise a warrant will be issued against you and you will be in trouble. wait and watch if the is having the correct address you will receive a summon.
