Dear Sir Yes you can file an application before the High Court seeking an extension of time to deposit the fifty percent fine amount by providing genuine reasons and proof of financial hardship The eight weeks time granted by the High Court is not absolute and the court retains inherent jurisdiction as well as discretionary power to extend the time limit upon a valid application You must file the extension application before the expiry of the eight weeks duration showing bona fide efforts to raise funds so that the court may grant additional time or permit installment payments

Hi sir / madam . The criminal revision petition for 138 case you need to deposit 50% within stipulated time ( as per stay order ) . In case if you are facing financial difficulties you can file IA for extension of time . Court satisfied with your IA court will extend the payment.
