hello client in one month we have to send any Notice from the date of in computer CD of mother send notification one month then from the date of bounds of cheque within the time of 3 month again again Bounce the check and send a monitor

you should first issue legal notice with in 15 days from date of cheque bounce.
then If money is not received, then within 30 days from date of receipt of legal notice you should file the case in courts having jurisdiction.
