Accused in a false cheque bounce case what legal remedy do I have

I am a accused, but complainant given cash to my colleague and taken letter from him. I have no idea about this. But complainant misused my cheque and complaint against me. In 420 case he mentioned my colleague also and submitted signed letter and mentioned my cheque also. But in cheque bounce he mentioned my name only. Not included my colleague. How can I go about this. I have not utilised his money and not taken.he got my cheque through one of my friend very close to him. In that I have mentioned only amount and signed. Not mentioned name and date. But in his complaint he mentioned I only written the date and given him.pl need solution.
