About my cheque bounce... Mera cheque clear nahi hua temp acc. Close

1 mahine pahle, Maine ek cheque diya tha, jo temp. Account close ke karan clear nahi ho paya tha, es bat ko ab pura 1 month ho gya hai, ab wo party mujhe FIR ki dhamki de rhi hai, to aise situation mai kya kre. Please guide me.
apne pehle cheque di account temporary proceed under negotiable instruments act a cheque has to be presented within 6 months for payment or else you will have to go to court where you will be issued a summons
