Whether the cheque case filed in this month with delay is condonable due to covid and as per the high court notifications regarding section 4of limitation which is relaxed for filing till september as well as as per limitations relaxation of apex court in writ petition no 3/20 and whether the complaint is allowed and maintainable

You want file 138NI ACT case you can file Court will not give time limition for 138NI ACT becoz court will be acceptable all petition in any urgently petition covid19 reasons you don't dely 138NI act reagarding pcr

Yes, Maintenanable. The courts are giving ample relaxations during this corona season. You must file an application to condone the delay. Definitely you get your complaint registered and summons will be issued to the accused. Please approach my office if need arise.
