Dear Sir, If there is any warrant against any indian resident working abroad against cheque bounced what are the consequences 1. Whether he will get arrested immediately when he return back to india at immigration check point 2. if there is any emergency event like funeral/medical emergency can he able to attain the same and return back ??, is there any problem he might be face at immigration counter or at check in counter while issuing boarding passes Can we able to verify the status online for any warrant issued against any person / or case status as we are checking the same but no information is available. what are the basic parameters to be selected while searching any court case for cheque bounce can u please guide.
Yes, if there is such a warrant, then he will be arrested not on the immigration counter but later on. Now, regarding the case status, You will have to find out the name of the case or the case number under which the case was filed and the year in which it was filed. Then you can search the status of the case by going on the website of the Allahabad high said court.
