Hello,if check issued to you by any bank or any cooperative cheque got bounced and you’re not able to get the money because of any reason like insufficient fund in that account, then immediately you have to send legal notice to that concerned person and then wait for 15 days and then you can file the case, under 138 of NI act for the recovery of the money.
