A case of check Bounce in 2016 is filed against my father in law but the complainant drag my husband's name also. My husband was not at all involved in this case. The complainant filed case under section 420,406,409,138. It's been 7 years my FIL didn't appear once in the court. His so called 1 room property had been attached. I think, he has been declared PO also. Now I want my husband's name out of this matter as he has to fly abroad. How should my husband come out of this case?
You should immediately file a petition for quashing of FIR in High cout under section 482 CRPC or 226
