This is the first time I’ll be handling a 138 trial. Please enlighten me on the procedural steps in the 138 trial in detail.
Well, there are several stages which you have to go through in the trial of Sec 138 of the NI Act. Verification Stage will be the first one, then Submission of the Pleadings will be the second one, Framing of Issues will be the Third one, then after framing of issues, Stage of Arguments and Evidence Stage will occur
