Unpaid Invoices, Client in breach of contract

When asked to clear pending invoices for work that was already executed, the client instead has threatened to serve legal notice when they themselves are in breach of contract.

Query perused I would advise you to issue a legal notice to the concerned at the earliest possible and seek recovery of amount outstanding by giving 7 days time failing which a suit for recovery be filed. For further consultancy and legal services you may contact us.
