Job Offer Revoked Even After Acceptance Within Time

I have offered job in campus placement with 16 others, with probable date of joining in July and conditions subject to academic degree completion and police record clearance. This was offered in April, and in May they offered me internship along with others. They mentioned that on successful completion of internship may consider for job offer for full time. For this internship no application was done, by me also this internship is curriculum for completion of my degree course. In this internship the manager gave adverse report for me and the HR is saying verbally that my job offer of campus will be revoked on this report basis. But in job offer letter such condition was not mentioned, also I accepted the offer within time given by company. I want to know what will be my legal position for breach of contract as per section 5 of contract act 1872. Please note 1. My offer letter is prior to the internship letter, nothing mentioned in internship letter about previous offer.
