In the present facts and circumstances, it is recommended that a strongly worded Legal Notice be sent to the supplier asking him to deliver the correct products along with damages and interest failing which appropriate civil and criminal action be initiated against him as available by law. Further and better particulars are needed for an effective opinion.

I would advise you to get a legal notice issued to the concerned suppliers and seek correct material and damages and in alternative a refund with interest and compensation. Better particulars are required to advise you on this.

You can file a case for dishonour as well as breach of trust and agreement. I would rather advise you to take this issue with a proper channel by legal notice, as the legal notice might help you in getting the relief even before going to the court and the person is entitled for payment of legal cost as well if reaches the court.
