Serving notice period in a psu

11-Aug-2023 (In Breach of Contract Law)
I am working in a psu and currently in probation ( just completed 4 months service). But, recently I got a job in my state. So, I wanted to ask that is it necessary for me to serve notice period, since it is not mentioned in service bond separately, they have just mentioned minimum period for resignation is 3 months.

I have perused your query and would advise you to share the copy of the service bond for our perusal for an effective opinion from our side. Upon perusing the contents enunciated in the service bond we will advise you as to whether you are contractually bound to serve the notice period or not.

No, since you are in probation, generally the settled law is that no notice period needs to be served from your end. However, you mention that min period of 3 months is there, which document I would need to peruse once. For further clarifications, you can get in touch with me.
