I have perused the contents of your query and would advise you to issue a strongly worded legal notice to the concerned directors of the company seeking your legitimate dues pertaining to notice period.

The breach of contract attracts several remedies depending upon the cause of action. If there existed a contract b/w your son and the company and the same has been violated, then there are remedies available under the ICA. He can claim damages, payment of dues and other reliefs depending on the case. Kindly provide me further details so as to enable me to advise you better
